Kids ( BLAST OFF)
Blast off ! Kids are:
Christ centred kids:growing, serving and reaching out to a Christ hungry world.
Currently, we cater for children from kinder to Grade 7. The programme is called “Blast off”divided into two teams SparklerZ and FireworX with the older children being ‘junior leaders’, to assist with kids ministry today, and help prepare them for adult ministry as they grow.
Children stay with their parents for some of our Worship time they then may choose whether to stay for the remainder of worship time or join in “Worship Jamz “- a Worship time especially for Children. The children are signed in for “BLAST Off” at the the beginning of the morning. ”BLAST off” starts after the coffee break in our service.
In “BLAST off” children learn biblical truths through engaging in the life-changing stories of the Bible using all different learning styles. Kids explore God’s Word, and how it relates to them through: games, drama, storytelling, experiments, music, art, food and more. In particular, the children learn about God by being introduced to Him and forging a relationship with Him, through discipleship, prayer and worship.
Sarah Potter co-ordinates this area with a fantastic team of helpers.

Youth (TNT)
Teenagers once a month take part in special activities (TNT) designed to encourage them to bring along their unchurched friends. We also take them to ‘youth services’ within our local area to encourage unity with other young people and also cater for the need for teenagers to connect with larger groups. (see current events for dates and activities)
Generally the youth stay ‘in’ Church on Sunday’s however we are very much a hands on Church so youth are encouraged to get involved by helping out with children’s ministry, be part of the word base team, worship through song, offering and other ministries.
